The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (‘MCA’) has taken a “Green Initiative in the Corporate Governance” by allowing paperless compliances by companies and has issued two Circulars dated April 21, 2011 and April 29, 2011 permitting companies to send the documents viz. Annual Report comprising of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Director’s Report and other documents to its members by E-mail.

Keeping in view the above, we will effect electronic delivery of documents including the notice and explanatory statement of Annual General Meeting, Audited Financial Statements, Directors’ Report, Auditors’ Report etc. henceforth to the shareholders, in Electronic Form, to the email address provided by you and/or made available to us by the Depositories viz. NSDL/CDSL.

Incase you are you wish to receive the above documents in paper mode, please inform us before June 05, 2011 by registering your request after clicking the below mentioned link.
